These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, programs, services, events and related content provided by Nflow Institute (“Nflow”, “we”, “us”). Nflow is part of Nuclio School. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3) Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the website and registration in any course or service implies full acceptance of these Terms and of any specific conditions that may apply to certain programs. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

4) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age required by applicable law) to use our services and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you enroll on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

5) Services and Programs

Nflow provides educational programs (live/online), workshops, corporate training, and related services. Descriptions, schedules, instructors, and syllabi may be updated to improve learning outcomes or for operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of material changes.

6) Enrolment, Payments and Invoices

  • Pricing and available payment methods (card, transfer, financing, etc.) are shown during the application or checkout.
  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and you meet any stated prerequisites or admissions criteria.
  • Invoices are issued to the name and details you provide; please ensure the information is accurate.
  • If you use financing or installment options, those terms are provided by the relevant provider and may require separate approval.

7) Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds

  • If Nflow cancels a program or cohort before it starts, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another edition.
  • Student-initiated withdrawals and refunds (if any) follow the specific policy communicated for each program or in your offer letter.
  • No-shows and partial attendance typically do not entitle you to refunds unless required by law or expressly stated.

8) Corporate Training

For in-company services, the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or service order prevails over these Terms in case of conflict, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9) Conduct and Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the website, platforms or learning environments (e.g., spamming, scraping, introducing malware, or infringing rights).
  • Respect classmates, instructors and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour is prohibited.
  • Follow platform rules (video-conferencing tools, LMS, automation software, etc.).

10) Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, documentation, videos, templates, and content provided by Nflow/Nuclio remain their respective owners’ intellectual property.
  • Personal, non-transferable access: you may use materials for your own learning. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is not permitted unless expressly authorized.
  • Student projects: you retain ownership of original work you create, subject to any third-party licenses you incorporate. You grant Nflow a non-exclusive license to use anonymized references to your project for academic, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

11) Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Programs may involve third-party platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, cloud services, LLM providers). Access is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with any applicable licenses and usage limits.

12) Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

13) Certificates

Certificates (where applicable) may be issued upon meeting the academic and administrative requirements defined for the program (e.g., attendance, deliverables, assessments, and payment completion).

14) Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., employment, revenue targets). Programs are educational in nature.
  • Content is provided “as is” and may contain references to third-party services subject to change.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nflow/Nuclio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nflow/Nuclio and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

17) Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, strikes, pandemics, regulatory changes, force majeure). We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate impacts.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we will provide appropriate notice.

19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory consumer regulations state otherwise, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

20) Consumer Information

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
